Community organizers are trying to turn around a neighborhood in Brattleboro, Vermont, and they’re asking young people for help.

Flat Street used to be a lively block where teenagers hung out all the time, but in recent years, it’s become a gathering place for people struggling with addiction and homelessness.

One solution? A block party!
